Mogelijk vastgoed financiering welcomes a new majority shareholder. Cape Investment Partners will contribute to the continued growth and ambitions of Mogelijk as the leading real estate financing platform in the Netherlands.

Mogelijk and Cape find each other in entrepreneurship. For both Mogelijk and Cape, the appreciation of entrepreneurship is the basis for the success of the organization. For entrepreneurs who apply to Mogelijk for financing and for investors who want to invest their money in commercial mortgages, nothing will change. Cape, as majority shareholder, will be involved at the strategic level and focus together with the management on further broadening the services towards the future.

Annemieke Schoonderwoerd, one of the three founders of Mogelijk withdraws completely. Co-founders Maarten Rövekamp and Pablo de Loor will remain involved in Mogelijk as shareholders.

Since 2020, Mogelijk has been led by Folkert Eggink (CEO) who forms the board of directors together with Ferry de Vries (CFO) and Dirk Jan van der Hoeden (CCO). The current shareholders, the new shareholder and the board look forward with confidence to this new phase of the development of Mogelijk.
